How do you blanch flour?
I am not sure. I know that blanched ALMOND flour is made of blanched almonds and it has less insoluble fiber than almond meal which is just crushed whole almonds. There is a soaking process, I believe that removes the outer skins of the almonds. Thanks for reading my little blog and commenting:)Your blogs always inspire me!
How to Blanch Almonds:Place almonds in a bowl. 2. Pour boiling water to barely cover almonds. 3. Let the almonds sit for 1 minute and no longer. 4. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again. 5.
