SCD Crackers

2 c blanched almond flour
1 egg
2 T olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Combe ingredients
Roll out very thin
Bake 350 for 15 mins
Enjoy!

    1. I am not sure. I know that blanched ALMOND flour is made of blanched almonds and it has less insoluble fiber than almond meal which is just crushed whole almonds. There is a soaking process, I believe that removes the outer skins of the almonds.

    2. How to Blanch Almonds:
      Place almonds in a bowl.
      2. Pour boiling water to barely cover almonds.
      3. Let the almonds sit for 1 minute and no longer.
      4. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again.
      5. Pat dry and slip the skins off.

      -I haven't actually tried this, but I may at some point:)
