I'm baking my dates at 200 degrees for a couple hours, then turning the oven off and leaving them overnight --- I'll put them through the food processor in the morning.
1 can cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
3 T peanut butter
1/4 c gluten free oats
1/4 c raw honey- or to taste
Pinch of salt
Pinch of baking soda
1 T vanilla
unsweetened almond milk...a few tablespoons... Just add until right consistency
Blend the above ingredients thoroughly
Stir in a cup of choc chips(Mini Enjoy Life dairy and gluten free)
Scoop with ice cream scoop into dishes
Refrigerate for 30 min if you like it cold and enjoy :D
The dates were really hard when I got them out of the cold oven this morning.
Grinding then up in my tiny food processor sounded like I was grinding nails...and then an essential piece of my food processor broke off:( sad day:(
