Peanut Butter Flax Cups


Melt 1 cup coconut oil and blend with 1/2 cup cocoa powder and 4 Tbsp. sugar (or alt sweetener) to fully combine.
Drop a tsp of the melted chocolate mixture in each mini muffin cup.
Then place entire mini muffin pan in freezer for 10 mins.
Meanwhile, mix trader joes flax and chia peanut butter with glory bees wildflower honey and a pinch of salt.
Remove muffin pan from freezer and drop a Tbsp. Of the peanut butter mixture into each mini muffin cup.
Then drop a tsp of the melted chocolate mixture on top of each.
Freeze for an hour before enjoying.
Store in freezer- just remove from freezer a few minutes before consuming 😍
